At MESTIZA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring it is scanned and tracked for a safe journey back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
